Sheri Mattison, SPHR

Director Human Resources

Sheri brings over two decades of invaluable experience in human resources and recruitment to Premier Anesthesia. She excels by focusing on driving success through strategic HR initiatives, talent management, acquisition, employee relations, and compensation planning. Prior to her role at Premier Anesthesia, Sheri served as a Senior Talent Solutions Partner for Koch Industries and as Talent Director for Jackson Healthcare. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and a Master of Business Administration, both from Auburn University. Her commitment to professional growth continues through her certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the HRCI®. In addition, Sheri is an active member of both the national and Atlanta chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management.
